About Us

Mission Statement

We are impacting our community and the world by sharing Christ’s message of Hope to the lost and the weary.

We are a nondenominational Christian Church that believes Christ’s message of Hope is innately embedded throughout the Holy Scriptures and grounded in the redemptive work of Christ on the cross for all mankind.

Vision Statement

As Christ’s ambassadors, we seek to expand the Kingdom of God through:

  • Practical Biblical Teaching

  • Christian Discipleship

  • Community Outreach

We are a community of believers who recognize that we have been saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ to be living witnesses of the transformative love of God to the world that all would be reconciled to God.

We desire to share the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ as we Walk by Faith in the Truth of God’s Word, Serve others in a spirit of Love with Compassion, and Encourage others to Persevere in Hope.

Values Statement

Holy Bible

We believe that the Holy Bible, and only the Bible, is the pure, authoritative Word of God. It alone is the final authority in determining all doctrinal truths. In its original writing, the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible and inerrant word of God that is profitable for showing us the truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, and instructing us in righteousness (training us to live right God’s way). (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Proverbs 30:5; Romans 16:25-26).

Holy Trinity

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and co-eternal. He is the triune God. (Genesis 1:26; Matthew 3:16-17; Matthew 28:19; Luke 1:35; I John 5:7).

Redemption

We believe that mankind was created good and upright, but by voluntary transgression he fell. We therefore believe that man’s only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (Genesis 1:26-31; Genesis 3:1-7; Romans 5:12-21).

Salvation

We believe that we are saved only by grace through faith in Jesus Christ as the son of God who died for the remission of our sins. We believe in Christ’s virgin birth, His earthly ministry where He showed us how to live, His death on the cross, His burial, and His resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of our good works or of any human efforts. The inward evidence to the believer of his/her salvation is the direct witness of the Spirit. The outward evidence to all men is a life of holiness. (Acts 16:31; Romans 8:16; Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8-9; Galatians 2:16, 3:8; 1 Thessalonians 4:7; 2 Timothy 1:9; Titus 3:5; Hebrews 9:22).

Regeneration

We believe that in order for anyone to know God, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. Regeneration is to be born again and unless we are born again, we cannot see the kingdom God. (Ezekiel 11:19; John 3:3; John 6:44; John 6:65; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 6:15; Ephesians 2:10; Matthew 7:17; John 14:20; 1 John 2:4).

The Church

We believe that the church is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of Jesus’ great commission. The church is the gathering of the believers who come together to participate in fellowship with one another as they worship God and hear from His Word, the Bible. The cornerstone of the church is Christ Jesus himself and we, as his people, are carefully joined together in him, becoming a holy temple for the Lord. It is through Christ that we are made part of this dwelling where God lives by his Spirit and there is a spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. In the church, the Christian is subject to the Lordship of Jesus Christ through the administration of the Word of God and the purpose of the church is to both glorify God and inform the world about the work of Christ as Redeemer. (John 14:23; John 17:11; John 17:20-23; Romans 12:5; Ephesians 1:22; Ephesians 2:19-22; Ephesians 5:23-24; Colossians 1:18).
